Well, I guess I lied.

So much for keeping up with this, huh?

Well, between finals at University and starting nursing school, I just have not had time for this. It may be a bit, but I PROMISE to start updating on a regular basis. Promise.

Mission Statement

Hokay. So. I gots my Google Analytics account all nice and tidy, so I need to set a goal for this here blag.

Hmn. In some respects, I would like this to be a replacement for my DeviantArt account (which is here if you want to check it out; it's nice and old and collecting dust). The site itself is great and I visit it every day, but it's also intimidating. Everything is about pageviews, and many great people get looked over. But, then again, this one little blog is probably not going to garner much attention from the whole wide interwubs; I feel there is less judgement here. I can just go on and on for days and not have to post any art (which I will anyway, fyi). This is a place for thoughts, rants, writings and...everything I want.

I plan on updating everyday. It will be a nice release from life's frustrations. Over the next few days I will most likely put up some pieces of poetry or prose for the judgement of the masses (I doubt many will see it) and we'll go from there.

By the way, you like my little photography diptych at the top there? Yeah, I made that (and used the word diptych to describe it!)*smug* I LOVE photography, and will post more of that old stuff here. Once I get my own place I plan on having my own dark room, and I will be in heaven.

Awesome

I believe "awesome" is my favorite word to describe something which pleases me.  I kind of feel it sounds like I'm from California or something, because I also use the word "dude" when addressing people. Then again, it may just be a by-product of growing up in the '90s.  Oh, how I miss that decade.

I cannot wait until this semester is over. It is totally not awesome.
